Overview

Command search helps you move around Z360 without leaving your keyboard. Use it to open pages, create records, find business records, return to Ask Z threads, or ask Ask Z a new question. Use Command/Ctrl + K or click Search in the sidebar. The command menu can show:
  • Quick actions
  • Page navigation
  • Settings pages
  • AI Studio pages
  • Ask Z threads
  • Contacts
  • Conversations
  • Tickets
  • Leads

Search Pages and Records

  1. Open command search.
  2. Type what you need, such as contacts, billing, a customer name, a ticket title, or a lead.
  3. Choose the result.
When you type a search term, Z360 can search across matching app records and navigation items. Some record results may take a moment to load. Type a question or instruction, then use Command/Ctrl + Enter while the command search input is focused. Z360 opens Ask Z with your prompt so you can continue the request in a chat.
