I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?
- Check your Spam / Promotions folder
- Make sure the email address was entered correctly
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
- If still missing, try signing in again to trigger a resend
I’m stuck on login even after entering correct credentials
- If 2FA is enabled, ensure you are entering the current code from your authenticator app
- Make sure your system time is correct (important for 2FA apps)
- Try logging in using Google OAuth if you originally signed up with Google
Password reset email not arriving
- Verify the email address you entered
- Check spam/junk folders
- Ensure the email belongs to an active Z360 account
