I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?
  • Check your Spam / Promotions folder
  • Make sure the email address was entered correctly
  • Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
  • If still missing, try signing in again to trigger a resend
I’m stuck on login even after entering correct credentials
  • If 2FA is enabled, ensure you are entering the current code from your authenticator app
  • Make sure your system time is correct (important for 2FA apps)
  • Try logging in using Google OAuth if you originally signed up with Google
Password reset email not arriving
  • Verify the email address you entered
  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Ensure the email belongs to an active Z360 account

Organization Setup, Free Trial & Subscription

Payment failed during trial or subscription
  • Ensure your card is valid and not frozen
  • Check that billing details are correct
  • Try a different payment method if available
I completed payment but still don’t see Pro features
  • Refresh the application
  • Log out and log back in
  • Check Billing section to confirm plan status

Team Members & Roles

Team member didn’t receive the invite
  • Ask them to check spam/junk folders
  • Verify the email address used
  • Resend the invitation
Can’t add team members
  • Ensure your subscription is active
  • Check if your role allows team management (Owner/Admin only)
Logo upload not working
  • Ensure the file format is supported (JPG, PNG)
  • Check file size
  • Try refreshing and uploading again

  • Enable 2FA immediately after signup for security
  • Use Google OAuth for faster, password-free access
  • Assign Owner role carefully—billing access is included
  • Add team members early to test workflows during the trial
  • Customize your organization name and logo before inviting clients
