Overview

Managing your contacts in Z360 is simple and efficient. This tutorial will guide you through the various features available for organizing and maintaining your contact list. You will learn how to view, edit, favorite, search, filter, and delete contacts, ensuring that your contact list is always up to date and well-organized.

Accessing and Viewing Your Contacts

  1. Open the Contacts Section
    Navigate to the Contacts section in your Z360 dashboard to access your contact list.
  2. Switch to Card View
    Click Card View to display your contacts in a more visual, card-style layout, making it easier to browse through your contacts.

Filtering and Sorting Your Contacts

  1. Open Filter Options
    Click Filter to open the filtering options. This allows you to narrow down your contact list based on specific criteria.
  2. Select Show All Filter
    Click Show All to display all available filters, including options to filter by favorites, tags, or date range.
  3. Apply Contact Filters
    Once you’ve selected the filter criteria, click Apply Filters to update your contact list based on the chosen filters.
  4. Reset Filters
    If you want to clear the filters and return to the default contact view, click Reset.

Sorting Your Contacts

Z360 provides several sorting options to help you organize your contacts efficiently:
  1. Sort Contacts A-Z
    Click Sort By Name A-Z to arrange your contacts alphabetically from A to Z.
  2. Sort Contacts Z-A
    Click Sort By Name Z-A to arrange your contacts alphabetically from Z to A.
  3. Sort Contacts by Oldest
    Click Sort By Oldest Added to list contacts starting with the earliest added.
  4. Sort Contacts by Newest
    Click Sort By Newest Added to list contacts starting with the most recently added.
  1. **Navigate to Other Pages **
    If you have a large contact list, you can click on the page numbers to navigate to other pages of your contact list.
  2. Change Items Per Page
    You can choose how many entries to display per page by selecting the number of items you wish to show. This allows for a more customized view of your contacts.

Viewing and Editing Contact Details

  1. Select a Contact by Name
    Click on a contact’s name to open their detailed profile. Here, you can view more in-depth information about that contact.
  2. Access Tickets Tab
    Click Tickets to view all tickets associated with the contact. You can filter the tickets by status and priority to help manage tasks and requests.
  3. Open Notes Section
    Click Notes to review internal notes related to the contact, keeping important information easily accessible.
  4. Open Reminders Section
    Click Reminders to view any scheduled reminders for the contact, ensuring that you never miss an important follow-up.
  5. Open Threads Section
    Click Threads to view all conversation threads linked to the contact. This helps you track communication history with ease.
  6. Access Tags Tab
    Click Tags to view the tags assigned to the contact. You can also manage tags here, making it easy to categorize and search your contacts.

Editing and Deleting a Contact

  1. Enter Edit Mode
    Click Edit to modify the contact’s details. This allows you to update their information, such as phone number, email address, or any other fields.
  2. Delete a Contact
    To permanently remove a contact, click Delete. This action is irreversible, so make sure you want to delete the contact before confirming.

Searching for Contacts

  1. Enter Search Term
    You can search for contacts based on their name, email, or phone number. Simply enter the search term in the search bar, and Z360 will display the relevant results.

Tips

  • Use Tags Effectively: Tags are a great way to categorize contacts. Use them to easily filter and search for groups of contacts, such as “VIP” or “Lead”.
  • Regularly Update Contact Details: Make sure to keep your contact records up to date by reviewing and editing information as needed.
  • Favorite Important Contacts: Mark important contacts as favorites to quickly access them when needed.
  • Keep Your Contact List Organized: Use filters and tags to maintain an organized and efficient contact list, especially when dealing with a large number of contacts.
