Overview
Z360 provides features for managing multiple organizations and customizing your workspace’s display settings to fit your preferences. This guide will show you how to add a new organization, switch between organizations, enable dark mode, and log out securely.Manage Organizations
Open Z360 Application
To switch between organizations, click on any other organization listed within the application to switch into the desired one.Add a New Organization
- Initiate Adding Organization
Click Add Organization to begin the process of creating a new organization within Z360. - Enter Organization Name
Type the organization name in the provided field to identify it. - Create New Organization
After entering the name, click Create Organization to add the new organization to your account.
Customize Display Settings
Enable Dark Mode
- Select Dark Mode Theme
To reduce eye strain in low-light environments, go to the User Settings tab, and under Theme, click Dark to enable dark mode.
Set System Preferences for Theme
- Choose System Theme Option
If you prefer your theme to automatically follow your device’s system preferences, click System. This setting will sync your theme with your device’s display mode.
Log Out of Z360
- Log Out Securely
When you’re finished, click Log Out to securely exit your Z360 session. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
Tips
- Dark Mode: Ideal for low-light environments, dark mode reduces eye strain and provides a more comfortable viewing experience.
- System Theme Sync: If you like your theme to automatically adjust based on your device’s system settings, use the System option for seamless integration.
- Organization Management: You can easily switch between organizations if you’re managing multiple accounts, keeping your workspace organized.
