If calls do not ring on the expected mobile device, check your personal call preferences and make sure notifications and call permissions are enabled for that device.

Refresh and Offline Behavior

Mobile screens support quick refresh patterns where available. If your device loses connection, Z360 can show a no-internet fallback so you know the problem is connectivity rather than missing data.

Desktop PWA

On supported desktop browsers, you can install Z360 as a Progressive Web App. This gives the web app a more app-like window and faster access from your operating system.

Tips for Mobile Use

  • Keep a stable internet connection for calls and live conversation updates.
  • Enable notifications so assigned work reaches you quickly.
  • Review device call preferences if you use Z360 on web, Android, and iOS.
  • Use pull-to-refresh or refresh controls when a mobile list looks stale.
  • Keep the app or browser updated for the best calling and notification behavior.

Feedback

If you run into mobile issues or have suggestions, contact the Z360 support team with your device type, operating system, browser or app version, and a short description of what happened.
