Overview
Customizing your profile and managing notification preferences in Z360 helps you stay secure and informed. This guide will show you how to update your personal details, change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and configure your notification settings to match your preferences.Update Personal Information
- Open User Profile Menu
Click the user profile menu (your email address) at the top right of your Z360 dashboard to access account options. - Access Settings Page
Click Settings to open the account configuration page.
Change Profile Image and Personal Details
- Open Profile Image Section
In the Profile tab, click the designated area to upload or change your profile image. - Select Image Upload Option
Click to choose an image. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and GIF. - Upload Profile Image
Select the image file from your device to upload as your new profile picture. - Confirm Image Selection
Once you’ve selected your image, click Use This Image to set it as your profile picture. - Update Display Name
Click the Name field to update your display name. - Update Email Address
Click the Email Address field to review or update your email address. - Save Profile Changes
Click Save to apply your updated personal details.
Delete Account
- Initiate Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account, click Delete Account. - Confirm Account Deletion
Enter your password and click Delete Account to permanently delete your account.
Update Password
- Access Password Settings
Click the Password tab to update your account password. - Enter Current Password
Enter your current password to confirm your identity before changing it. - Enter New Password
Enter your desired new password in the New Password field. - Confirm New Password
Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field for verification. - Save Password Changes
Click Save Password to update your password.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Open Two-Factor Authentication
Click the Two-Factor tab to configure an additional layer of security. - Begin Two-Factor Setup
Scan the QR code using an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator) to start setting up two-factor authentication. - Confirm Authenticator Setup
Click I’ve set up my authenticator app after completing the setup in your authenticator app. - Enter Authentication Code
Enter the authentication code from the app to complete the two-factor setup.
Notification Preferences
- Open Notification Preferences
Click the Notification Preferences tile to manage your email notification settings. - Enable Email Notifications for Conversations
Toggle the switch to activate email notifications for conversations assigned to you or messages you receive. - Enable Email Notifications for Tickets
Toggle to receive email notifications for tickets assigned to you. - Enable Email Notifications for Notes
Toggle to activate notifications for notes created within conversations assigned to you. - Enable Email Notifications for Reminders
Toggle to receive notifications for reminders assigned to you. - Enable Email Notifications for Inquiries
Enable email notifications for inquiries assigned to you. - Save Notification Preferences
Click Save Preferences to apply your selected notification settings.
