1. What are the ways to sign up for Z360?
  • Email and password
  • Google OAuth
2. Do I need to verify my email after signing up with email? ing email, Z360 sends a verification email. Your account becomes active only after you click the verification link. 3. Can I switch between Google OAuth and email login later?
Yes. you can sign in using Google OAuth once your account is created using same email address.
4. Is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) mandatory?
No. 2FA is optional but strongly recommended. Once enabled, you’ll be required to enter a verification code during login.
5. What happens if I forget my password?
You can reset your password using the Forgot Password option on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email.

Organization Setup, Free Trial & Subscription

6. Is a free trial available?
Yes. Z360 offers a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro features.
7. Why is payment information required for the free trial?
Payment details are required to:
  • Prevent abuse
  • Ensure uninterrupted service after the trial ends
You won’t be charged during the trial period. 8. Can I skip the free trial and subscribe directly?
Yes. You can click Subscribe Now instead of starting the free trial.
9. What payment methods are supported?
Z360 uses Stripe and supports:
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Cash App Pay (where available)
10. Can I apply a promo code?
Yes. Promo codes can be applied during checkout using the Add Promotion Code option.

Team Members & Roles

11. How do I add team members to my organization?
Go to Settings → Team & Security, then:
  • Click Invite New Member
  • Enter email
  • Assign a role
  • Send the invitation
12. What roles are available in Z360?
  • Owner
    Full access, including billing and organization management
  • Admin
    Full access except billing
  • Member
    Can access only assigned or created items
13. Can I change a team member’s role later?
Yes. Roles can be edited anytime from the Team & Security section.
14. What happens if an invite is not accepted?
Pending invitations remain visible in the Invitations section and can be:
  • Edited
  • Resent
  • Cancelled
15. Who can change the organization name or logo?
Only Owners can update organization identity.
16. Where do I update organization details?
Go to Settings → Team & Security, then edit:
  • Organization name
  • Organization logo
17. Will changing the logo affect existing data?
No. Updating branding does not affect conversations, contacts, or history.
