Z360 has a native Zapier app that lets you connect any form builder with a Zapier trigger directly to Z360 — no custom webhooks, no manual JSON formatting, no code. The Z360 app handles authentication, field mapping, and request formatting automatically. The Z360 Zapier app supports two actions:
  • Add Form Entry — creates a lead in a Z360 Form
  • Create Inquiry — creates a lead in a Z360 Pipeline
The Z360 Zapier app is currently invite-only. Email [zapier@z360.biz] with your Zapier account email to request an invite.
If you use a WordPress form plugin, you may not need Zapier at all. See Connect Z360 with WordPress Plugins or Connect Z360 with Bit Integrations for direct WordPress-based connections.

Supported Form Builders

Any form builder with a Zapier trigger works with the Z360 Zapier app. Here are the most popular ones: If your form builder has a Zapier trigger, it works with Z360 — even if it’s not listed above.

Tips

  • Test with a real phone number with country code. Z360 validates phone numbers and rejects fake or test numbers.
  • Zapier’s free plan supports two-step Zaps with up to 100 tasks per month — sufficient for most form integrations.
  • JotForm, Typeform, and Google Forms all support instant triggers on Zapier, meaning leads appear in Z360 within seconds of submission.
  • For each additional form you want to connect, create a separate Zap with its own trigger and Z360 action.
  • You can use Zapier’s Filter step between trigger and action to only send leads that meet certain criteria (e.g., specific country, answered a qualifying question).

Frequently Asked Questions

The Z360 app is currently invite-only on Zapier. Email [zapier@z360.biz] with your Zapier account email to request an invite link. Once invited, the app will appear when you search for “Z360” in Zapier’s action step.
Add Form Entry sends leads to a Z360 Form — use this for general lead capture. Create Inquiry sends leads to a Z360 Pipeline — use this when leads need to go through pipeline stages for tracking and follow-up.
Yes. The Z360 Zapier app works on Zapier’s free plan. Free plans include 100 tasks per month and two-step Zaps, which is exactly what this integration requires.
Make does not have a native Z360 app. You can use Make’s HTTP module to send requests directly to Z360’s webhook or API endpoints. See the Custom Code article for the endpoint details and field formats.
Most form builders support instant triggers on Zapier, meaning leads appear in Z360 within seconds. On Zapier’s free plan, there may be up to a 15-minute delay for polling-based triggers (like Google Forms).

Troubleshooting

For Pipelines (Create Inquiry): check that the pipeline’s communication channel is enabled. For Forms (Add Form Entry): verify the Webhook URL matches exactly what Z360 shows. Also confirm the endpoint URL is correct — copy it directly from Z360.
A required field is missing or formatted incorrectly. Check that all four fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number) are mapped and contain values from the trigger data. Phone numbers must include a country code and be real numbers.
Make sure you submitted the test entry after setting up the trigger in Zapier. Some form builders (like Google Forms) only detect submissions made after the Zap was created. Also verify you connected the correct account and selected the right form.
Make sure the Elementor page is published (not draft), the webhook URL in Elementor’s Actions After Submit matches the Catch Hook URL from Zapier exactly, and the Zap is turned on. Also check that Advanced Data is set to Yes.
