# Troubleshooting Guides

## Adding an Inquiry

**Inquiry isn’t saving**

* Confirm a **pipeline** is selected
* Make sure required fields are filled (the form typically requires core contact details)
* Refresh and try again

**I can’t find the inquiry after creating it**

* Check Inbox + Inquiries list view (some teams look only in one place)
* Ensure you’re viewing the correct **pipeline**
* Remove filters (assignee/stage/date filters may hide it)

**I can’t send a response to an inquiry**

* Confirm you are in the **Inbox inquiry thread**
* Check if the contact is **Blocked** (blocks incoming/outgoing) or in **DND** (blocks outgoing)

## Managing Inquiries (View, Edit, Filter, Sort, Search, Archive, Delete)

**Filters aren’t working**

* You must click **Apply Filters**
* Reset filters if results look incorrect
* Make sure the inquiry actually matches the criteria (stage/source/assignee)

**Kanban view doesn’t show expected inquiries**

* Confirm the correct pipeline is selected
* Some filters apply across views—reset them and retry

**Edits are not saving**

* Ensure you click **Save Changes**
* Refresh and re-open the inquiry to confirm changes persisted

**Accidentally deleted inquiries**

* Deletion is permanent
* Use **Archive** instead of Delete if you want history retained

**I cannot reactivate an inquiry**

* Check whether the same conversation already has another active inquiry.
* Close, drop, decline, or finish the other active lead first if it is no longer needed.
* Confirm you have permission to update inquiry status.
* Refresh the inquiry and try again after resolving duplicate active lead conflicts.

## Pipeline Dashboards and Follow-Ups

**Dashboard numbers look incorrect**

* Confirm the selected pipeline and date range
* Clear filters and compare against the full view
* Check whether archived, dropped, declined, or secured leads are included
* Confirm stages and sources are assigned correctly
* Confirm source, stage, and status changes happened inside the selected date range when reviewing acquisition trends

**Pipeline call follow-ups are failing**

* Confirm a phone channel is connected and usable
* Check that the selected phone number can make calls
* Review the AI ability call flow and pipeline schedule
* Check whether the contact is blocked or in DND

**Changes to a pipeline did not update existing inquiries**

* Minor flow improvements can apply to existing inquiries in supported cases
* Structural changes may keep old in-progress leads on their previous flow to avoid disrupting active conversations
* Test major pipeline changes with a new sample inquiry before relying on them

## Form Branding & Publishing

**Form submissions aren’t showing up**

* Confirm the pipeline is saved and published
* Verify you’re checking the correct pipeline
* Check filters (especially archive status and date range)

**AI outreach isn’t happening**

* Confirm AI outreach is enabled for the pipeline
* Ensure an AI Ability is selected
* Confirm channel (phone/email/SMS) is configured properly

**Consent checkbox blocking submissions**

* If enabled, users must check it before submission
* Disable consent checkbox if it isn’t required for your flow

## Best Practices for Inquiries

* Use **Kanban view** to track progress through stages visually
* Filter by **assignee + stage** to manage daily work
* Archive outcomes instead of deleting to preserve history
* Keep forms short to increase completion rates
* Use sources to learn what marketing channels actually perform
* Review pipeline dashboards before changing stages or follow-up strategy
* Enable AI outreach only when you have a clear follow-up strategy
